Safeguard Global is seeking a Head of Product, Core Journeys in Spain to own the platform experience from hiring a worker through invoicing. You will lead the product managers, translate strategy into a prioritised roadmap, and ensure delivery against business and customer outcomes.

You will collaborate with engineering, design, sales, finance, and legal to deliver compliant, high-impact experiences across the core journey.

Formación

• Eight or more years in product, including leading teams.
• Proven experience in a B2B SaaS or platform business.
• Experience owning multi-team product areas end to end.
• Ability to define expected value of an investment upfront.

Responsabilidades

• Own the end-to-end platform experience across the core client journey.
• Translate strategy into a prioritised roadmap and manage delivery.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, sales, finance, and legal for compliant launches.
• Ground product decisions in client insight and usage data.
• Lead and develop product managers; drive AI adoption where beneficial.
