Job summary

DuPont Water Solutions is seeking a Sales- and Project Manager - Internal Sales to grow the business across Europe, the Middle East and Africa from Tarragona, Spain. The role blends commercial and technical duties across UF/MBR/RO projects, coordinating with internal teams and customers.

You will lead proposals, manage contracts, and support large international projects, ensuring profitability and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business related field and relevant project-management experience.
• Experience in sales, technical sales, or contract management for water-treatment or similar projects.

Responsibilities

• Provide commercial and basic technical support for project opportunities from qualification to execution.
• Lead execution of large projects coordinating internal functions and customers.
• Prepare proposals, tender documents and contract clarifications.
• Translate contractual obligations into actionable plans and schedule.
• Support sales teams with opportunity development, forecasts and reporting.
