Job summary

Galderma is establishing a Global Capability Center in Barcelona to support its global commercial and functional teams. The Global Warehouse SME Analyst will design, standardize and improve warehouse processes, data and systems across the distribution network, acting as the warehousing subject-matter expert.

The role requires 2–5 years of warehousing or logistics experience, knowledge of WMS/ERP, and strong analytical skills. English fluency is essential; other languages are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in supply chain, logistics, engineering or business administration or equivalent.
• 2–5 years in warehousing, logistics or process improvement.
• Experience with WMS/ERP and data reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Act as a global SME for core warehouse processes across sites and regions.
• Analyze warehouse performance and identify improvement opportunities.
• Support standardization of global warehousing standards and KPIs.
• Lead implementation of a new WMS with local champions and IT collaboration.
• Develop dashboards covering inventory accuracy, order accuracy, productivity, and on-time dispatch.
