Lenskart.com in Spain is seeking a global Visual Merchandising leader to own VM standards and rollout across markets. You will define guidelines for windows, fixtures, signage, lighting, and displays, ensuring consistency while allowing local expression.

You will build scalable rollout models, regional VM leads, remote audits, and a feedback loop to drive conversion. The role requires 8+ years in VM, multi-country experience, and a commercial mindset to align visuals with launches and category

Formación

• 8+ years in visual merchandising with 3–4 years in senior/lead capacity.
• Experience managing VM across a large multi-country store network.
• Proven track record across 2–3 international markets.
• Ability to defend VM decisions with data and commercial metrics.
• Bachelor's or Master's in Design, VM, Retail, Architecture, or equivalent.

Responsabilidades

• Define and own global VM guidelines and store concepts.
• Evolve visual identity for Lenskart and brands.
• Translate seasonal campaigns into cross-format visuals.
• Own VM rollout for openings and store refreshes at scale.
• Build scalable rollout model with regional leads and remote audits.
• Set and track visual compliance and quality metrics.
• Develop global framework with local expression across markets.
• Collaborate with Merchandising and Retail Ops to align with launches.
• Leverage data to inform VM decisions and campaigns.
• Lead and develop a global VM team and trainers.
