LOEWE in Madrid seeks a Flagship In-Store Visual Merchandiser to lead and own the visual expression of the store. You will collaborate with the Store Management Team and Regional VM Manager to deliver compelling merchandising with flawless execution and timely launches.

Role combines hands-on VM, team leadership, and strong commercial awareness to uphold LOEWE’s premium standards in a flagship environment.

Formación

• Proven experience in luxury flagship stores.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to translate regional VM direction into store execution.
• Excellent attention to detail and visual aesthetics.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct pre-opening window checks to ensure product, props and lighting meet standards.
• Lead store opening prep with the opening team and update VM standards.
• Plan weekly VM moves and new product launches in pre-opening hours.
• Empower store team to maintain VM standards throughout the day.
