AWWG seeks a Visual Merchandising Coordinator to ensure compelling brand representation across Iberia, stores, showrooms and events. You will drive concept development, window installations, prop sourcing and on-site execution, aligning with brand standards globally.

You will develop VM strategies, establish styling guidelines and support retail teams to elevate presentation and commercial performance. Travel across Iberia and international markets is required.

Formación

• 3–5 years of Visual Merchandising experience in premium menswear.
• Experience with international franchisees and multiple formats is desirable.
• Bilingual English and Spanish.
• Advanced Excel and Adobe skills are highly valuable.
• Willingness to travel frequently across Iberia and International markets.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee VM across stores, showrooms and events from concept to on-site execution.
• Develop styling guidelines and seasonal VM toolkits; support training.
• Ensure brand standards in Iberia and international markets; travel as needed.
• Collaborate with retail and cross-functional teams to elevate brand presentation.
