AWWG is seeking a highly creative Visual Merchandising Coordinator to ensure brand representation across Iberia, international stores, showrooms and events. You will drive concept development, styling, window installations, prop sourcing and on-site execution to elevate presentation and drive commercial results.

Formación

• 3-5 years of experience in Visual Merchandising corporate functions in premium menswear firms.
• Desirable experience with international franchisees and/or in different formats (Full Price, Outlet, Wholesale, Showroom).
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Proficient in Excel and Adobe; ability to adapt VM guidelines across markets.

Responsabilidades

• Act as the Iberia and international ambassador to ensure consistency, quality and implementation of Window and Store environments for Iberia and International Market.
• Support the CBE Manager in developing VM tools, processes and deliverables; help create seasonal VM guidelines and facilitate training.
• Support stores remotely and through travel to ensure products are displayed according to brand standards and guidelines.
• Be a role model in-store for the CBE department, demonstrating passion and enthusiasm.
