Sanofi in Barcelona is seeking a Global Value Lead for Global Meetings and Events to define the value framework, establish KPIs, and drive governance with major logistics agencies to optimize value delivery.

You will translate GM&E data into actionable insights, monitor global guidelines, and deliver executive reporting and dashboards to leadership, supporting strategic decisions worldwide.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
• 5+ years in performance management or KPI development.
• Experience with BI tools and executive reporting.
• Pharma/regulatory industry experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Define and implement the value framework for the GM&E organization.
• Establish, implement, and track performance metrics and KPIs; align with Sanofi objectives.
• Build and maintain a GM&E performance scorecard with real-time visibility for leadership.
• Benchmark GM&E performance against industry standards to identify optimization opportunities.
• Translate GM&E data into actionable insights to support strategic decisions.
