Sanofi in Barcelona seeks a Head of Project Management to lead a global team of 60-70 project managers across Bogota, Hyderabad, and other BO locations, delivering Medical Affairs and Market Access initiatives with excellence.

You will establish a Project Management Center of Excellence and implement standardized methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, hybrid) to ensure consistent delivery across geographies and therapeutic areas, while driving cost optimization and scalable frameworks.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop a global team of 60-70 project managers across Bogota, Hyderabad, Budapest and other BO locations, ensuring excellence in delivery.
• Establish and maintain a Project Management Center of Excellence, driving standardization and economies of scale.
• Implement standardized PM methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, hybrid) across portfolios and regions.
• Ensure consistent delivery quality across geographies, therapeutic areas, and project types.
• Drive operational excellence and cost optimization through standardization and shared services models.
• Develop scalable PM frameworks adaptable to different sizes, complexities and therapeutic areas.
