Amex GBT is seeking a Travel Consultant to join our highly skilled remote team. You will deliver outstanding service to corporate clients, advising and arranging travel for both individuals and groups across domestic and international trips.

You will use Amadeus, Sabre, Apollo and Galileo GDS systems, ensure policy compliance, and provide proactive solutions while supporting a client account in a 24/7 shift environment.

Responsabilidades

• Advise and arrange travel for corporate clients (individuals and groups).
• Research travel options and proactively anticipate traveler needs.
• Book domestic and international travel across air, rail, and accommodations.
• Use GDS systems including Sabre, Apollo, Galileo, and Amadeus.
• Ensure compliance with travel policies and regulatory requirements.
• Provide excellent telephone service and handle special requests.
• Coach and mentor teammates to improve service levels.
• Support a dedicated client account across 24/7 shifts.

What You’ll Do

• Advise and arrange travel for corporate business customers (both individuals and groups)
• Conduct analysis and research on travel options, and pro-actively anticipate traveler needs to sell additional services
• Arrange and book domestic and international business travel, in a variety of complexity, for air, road, rail, and accommodations
• Use various Global Distribution Systems (GDSs), including Sabre, Apollo, Galileo and Amadeus.
• Training may be provided
• Ensure compliance to customers’ agreed travel policy, service provider policies, and regulatory requirements
• Use positive telephone service techniques and act on special customer requests
• Collaborate within your team to coach, mentor, and provide constructive feedback to improve service levels
• Support a dedicated client account through rotating shifts across 24/7 operations

What We’re Looking For

• Passion for excellence in client service, including proactive anticipation of needs
• Native Amadeus GDS expertise
• Professional communication in English (written and verbal)
• Attention to detail
• Act with integrity, and look after personal traveler information
• Possess a strong understanding of the travel industry (background in business travel, leisure travel, or airline reservation)
• Resolving customer issues quickly and independently / with supplier
• Teamwork and openness to feedback

Our Traveler Care team is a 24/7 operation. Please be flexible and prepared to work morning/afternoon/night shifts and weekends.
