THE ROLE

What are we looking for? We are seeking a candidate with strong coordination and project management skills. Ideally, applicants should have a background in supply chain or economics, along with expertise in planning and project management. The person we are looking for should demonstrate an entrepreneurial spirit and take a proactive approach.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Coordination and management of product transfers of STADA AG in the regions EU, CIS, SEE, and Emerging markets, supporting continuous process improvement.
  • Ensuring adequate information flow and coordination between all internal and external stakeholders.
  • Overseeing supply chain changes and leading end-to-end change control management in a cross-functional environment.
  • Communicating and informing all stakeholders, such as planning, production, quality, regulatory teams, external suppliers, and affiliates, throughout the process.
  • Guaranteeing transparent information exchange and adherence to project timelines.
  • Monitoring production, delivery, and release steps along the supply chain.
  • Supporting transfer decisions and establishing and maintaining business cases.
  • Identifying risks and developing scenarios to ensure successful transfer implementation, focusing on timelines and costs.
REQUIREMENTS
  • Degree in business, economics, preferably with a pharmaceutical background or a relevant discipline.
  • At least 2 years of experience in project management within the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Ability to think, act, and initiate at operational, tactical, and strategic levels.
  • Familiarity with current pharmaceutical regulations.
  • Strong project and process management skills.
  • Fluent in English; knowledge of other languages is desirable.
