Job summary

Volcafe Ltd is seeking an experienced Transfer Pricing Manager to lead the TNMM framework across multiple entities and jurisdictions, embedding TP mechanisms into ERP and reporting systems. The role demands strong collaboration with Finance, Tax, IT and Commercial teams to ensure accurate, scalable TP execution.

The ideal candidate brings 8+ years in global commodity transfers pricing, with OECD guidelines expertise and a track record of large-scale finance transformations.

Qualifications

• TNMM experience in a global commodity trading context.
• Strong knowledge of OECD Transfer Pricing Guidelines and TP policy implementation.
• Ability to translate TP requirements into practical ERP and reporting solutions.
• Experience delivering large-scale finance transformation and system implementations.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end TNMM implementation across entities and jurisdictions.
• Translate TP policies into operable processes and system requirements.
• Develop automated TP calculations, monitoring and adjustments.
• Monitor margins and drive corrective actions with accounting entries.
• Build governance, controls and audit trails for TP activities.
