Neolith is seeking a Transport Operations Manager to oversee daily transport planning and loading, ensuring compliance with laws and internal policies. The role collaborates with Purchasing, Logistics, Back Office, and Production, plus external providers, reporting KPIs to the Global Transport & Distribution Manager.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in transport management within industrial/multinational settings, familiarity with SAP, TMS/YMS, and English at C1 level.

Formación

• CFGS in Transport and Logistics or 1 year at Neolith or similar role.
• Minimum 3 years in a similar role in industrial and multinational env.
• Experience with transport management and coordination.
• Experience working with transport providers and logistics operations.
• Fluent English (C1).

Responsabilidades

• Plan and execute daily transport and loading requirements efficiently.
• Coordinate transport resources with subcontractors to meet service levels.
• Ensure compliance with legislation, governance, and company policies.
• Promote safe working practices and report incidents promptly.
• Manage transport costs and optimize expenses.
• Maintain relationships with internal/external customers and respond to queries.
• Monitor KPIs and report to the Global Transport & Distribution Manager.
• Identify improvements in transport processes and best practices.
