Bunge Iberica SA in Sant Just Desvern is seeking a Direct Tax & Transfer Pricing Specialist to join our European Finance and Tax organization. You will support the execution of direct tax compliance and transfer pricing activities for assigned entities, ensuring compliance with local legislation and OECD guidance.

Working with regional and global tax teams, you will contribute to accurate tax reporting, documentation, and continuous process improvements.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Taxation, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in direct tax, transfer pricing, tax accounting, or related finance function.
• Fluent English is required; additional European languages are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare direct tax deliverables, including monthly/quarterly provisions, ETR forecasts, year-end true-ups, and related journal entries.
• Independently prepare and coordinate corporate income tax return calculations and supporting documentation.
• Calculate and manage withholding tax obligations and respond to tax authority inquiries.
• Monitor and execute direct tax compliance and transfer pricing documentation processes for assigned entities.
• Support benchmarking studies and the preparation of transfer pricing reports and filings.
• Assist in maintaining OECD transfer pricing compliance and local regulations.
