Liebherr Group in Madrid is seeking a Training & Adoption Manager to translate training strategy into effective execution for global transformation programs, including SAP S/4HANA. You will collaborate with the Global Training Lead to ensure training readiness for go-lives across waves and countries.

You will drive adoption using digital tools, coordinate with stakeholders and partners, and scale training across international entities while maintaining high-quality materials and processes.

Formación

• 5+ years in training, learning, user adoption or change enablement within large-scale transformation programs.
• Experience coordinating training delivery across multiple workstreams, countries or units.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA or SAP ERP is highly desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Translate global training strategy into country-specific training plans.
• Plan, coordinate and execute training deployment across SAP S/4HANA and related programs.
• Coordinate training activities with functional teams, stakeholders and partners.
• Support Training Needs Analysis and align plans with business processes and user populations.
• Ensure training materials align with design standards and system changes.
• Execute train-the-trainer and enablement approaches to scale training.
• Utilize digital adoption platforms and LMS tools to drive adoption.
• Define and monitor training KPIs, readiness, risks and dependencies.
• Maintain reporting and action tracking using JIRA and Confluence.
• Continuously improve the training delivery model across waves.
