Logistics Service Coordinator Job Description

As a Logistics Service Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth execution of customer orders.

Responsibilities

• Contact customers for instructions or reminders


• Process agent and early warning messages (network contact)


• Communicate information to customers and partners in parallel


• Handle anomalies and disputes


• Propose corrective and preventive measures


• Communicate with warehouses and subcontractors


• Inform and advise customers on international movement formalities


• Communicate file information to hierarchical managers


• Monitor service center quality


• Create SOPs to support offshoring


• Troubleshoot to find suitable solutions for customers

Qualifications

Requirements for this position include:

• 1-3 years of experience in logistics and forwarding operations / regulations / documentation or a degree in Logistics


• Proficiency in Microsoft Software applications and/or other market-leading software applications


• A strong level of computer literacy


• Excellent communication skills in English (B2 level minimum)
