Responsabilidades

• Assist the Head of Global Trade in developing the commercial relationship with corporate clients.
• Participate in the process of guarantee issuances, studying their texts, indicating any inaccuracies, all in contact with departments involved.
• Prepare the credit risk analysis of the different transactions and review of client's risk; participate in Risk Committees and in waivers.
• Vet clients and entities by obtaining necessary information from the client or other reliable means; coordinate with bank departments as needed.
• Participate in the preparation of new contracts, and in extensions or changes, ensuring all applicable terms and covenants are included.
• Create a listing and tracking system for the department’s portfolio.
• Intensively monitor the portfolio: contract maturities, guarantee maturities, extension options, suspensive conditions and milestones.
• Participate in conference calls with customers, banks and other entities, reporting on discussions; attend face-to-face meetings when needed.
• Prepare and follow-up of the team’s results (Budget and Landing).
