Monex Europe S.L in Madrid is seeking a Risk Analyst to support regulatory reporting and counterparty risk management. You will help deliver timely risk reports, assess creditworthiness of counterparties, and monitor margin requirements in collaboration with Front Office and Risk teams across regions.

The ideal candidate has 2–4 years in risk management, strong Excel and VBA skills, and fluency in Spanish and English.

Formación

• 2-4 years of experience in Risk Management, Credit Risk, Counterparty Risk, Regulatory Reporting, or a related risk function within a bank, financial institution, broker, or fintech.
• Proven knowledge and experience in derivatives, esp ec ify?
• Demonstrable experience working in a regulatory risk reporting and credit risk analytics role in either a private bank or a retail bank.
• Strong technical skills, including VBA and Excel.
• Proven experience in analysing credit risk portfolios.
• Ability to work in a dynamic business and demonstrable experience of working on several projects simultaneously.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to deal with large data sets.
• Fluency in both Spanish and English.

Responsabilidades

• Providing assistance and support to the Risk team in any risk related matters, such as counterparty risk and margin management.
• Preparing risk reports, collateral agreements, ISDAs, and other regulatory documents.
• Monitoring counterparty risk exposures, including Mark to Market calculations and risk limits.
• Tracking margin calls and the group’s exposure concentrations.
• Collaborating with Front Office and Risk teams across borders to address risk matters.
