Job summary

Allianz Services is seeking a Third Party Risk Management Team Lead (m/f/d) to manage the Spain delivery organization providing TPRM services to Allianz globally. You will lead a team of experts, adjust capacity to demand, and stay hands-on with TPRM activities for key client work.

Requirements include a degree in a relevant field and 8–10 years of experience in risk, audit, or finance, plus strong English and stakeholder management skills.

Qualifications

• Degree required with 8–10 years of experience in audit, risk, finance, IT, or related areas.
• Hands-on experience delivering TPRM assessments/audits to clients or stakeholders.
• Experience managing teams of specialists and senior experts.

Responsibilities

• Service Delivery Management of TPRM from Spain hub to Allianz entities globally, including SLAs, quality and capacity.
• Incident and problem management for the service.
• Execute test strategy, quality checklists, and reporting metrics per global standards.
• Perform TPRM officer activities for designated Allianz entity.
