Qualifications

• 2-4 years of professional experience in risk management (operational/IT/project/vendor risk).
• Experience in outsourcing/vendor risk, procurement, or contract management is a plus.
• University degree in Engineering, Law, Business, Economics, or similar fields required.
• Fluent written and spoken English; able to work in international teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a point of contact for risk queries and guidance within the delivery center.
• Cover specific risk domains and ensure up-to-date, effective support.
• Implement AZ Outsourcing & Third-Party Risk Management policy across entities.
• Perform TPRM/Outsourcing assessments aligned with Risk, Data Privacy, Legal and Security.
• Contribute to audits and report to senior management with dashboards.
• Maintain TPRM/outsourcing inventory including risk documents and BoM approvals.
• Plan and facilitate RCA for TPRM service providers across lifecycle; govern processes.
