Formación

• 2-4 years of M&A or Transaction Services experience preferred.
• Fluency in Spanish and English; French or Italian a plus.

Overview : Our company is seeking an experienced M&A specialist to join our team. As a key member of the European M&A team, you will be responsible for executing telecom infrastructure acquisitions, leading due diligence, financial modeling, and integration efforts.

Responsibilities :

• Own the full M&A transaction lifecycle from Letter of Intent (LOI) to close
• Perform in-depth due diligence and financial analysis
• Collaborate with internal teams and external advisors
• Prepare reports for senior leadership and investors

Key Responsibilities Include :

• Taking ownership of the full cycle of the transaction from LOI through Integration
• Responsible for organizing and summarizing acquisition portfolios and due diligence findings to senior management, lenders, and investors
• Writing and working on financial models for purposes of revenue and cash flow forecasting, balance sheet forecasting, and preparing Indications of Value using Leveraged Buyout scenarios
• Collecting preliminary due diligence from sellers / brokers and performing analysis of assets; coordinating with management to make additional requests from sellers
• Preparing and presenting reports on due diligence findings to management on a wide variety of transactions
• Preparing data summarizing acquisitions to be presented to management and investors for a wide variety of transactions
• Leading and coordinating post-close integration process for new acquisitions and assisting various internal departments as needed for proper hand off
• Performing ad-hoc financial analysis and assistance on other projects as needed

Requirements :

• University Degree / Masters, preferably in Finance or Accounting
• 2-4 years of M&A or Transaction Services experience (Telecoms / Real Estate a distinct advantage)
• Advanced Excel modeling, due diligence, and analytical skills
• Fluency in Spanish and English, and / or French / Italian (written and spoken)
• Proficient user of Microsoft Office suite products (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Strong time management and prioritization skills, ability to multi-task under pressure with minimal supervision
• Effective in an entrepreneurial culture, working independently and as part of a team
• Excellent organizational skills, ability to establish and maintain working relationships with internal and external customers, and ability to work independently and take a proactive role
