Responsabilidades

• Lead the technical and quality function for footwear and bags across the sourcing hub.
• Provide technical expertise throughout product development on materials and constructions while driving product innovation and continuous improvement.
• Oversee product quality from development to delivery, anticipating risks and ensuring timing and performance.
• Develop suppliers and manufacturing capabilities with best practices that enhance quality and efficiency.
• Collaborate with Development, Buying, Production, Quality and Central teams to ensure seamless communication and successful product execution.
• Coach and develop the local technical team with a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
