SHOW-IN Group seeks multiple Fashion Designers with strong Inditex ecosystem experience to join our on‑site design team in La Coruña, with potential Barcelona consideration. The role emphasizes strong product vision, commercial awareness, and business development capabilities to drive growth with major fashion accounts.

You will develop collections across menswear and womenswear (woven/jersey), translate trends into viable products, and manage client relationships from concept to final samples.

• Experience across woven and/or jersey product development.
• Strong understanding of the full product lifecycle from design to production.

Your Role

We are looking for several Fashion Designers with strong experience within the Inditex ecosystem. The ideal candidate will combine a strong product vision, commercial awareness, and business development capabilities to join our team. The position is primarily based in La Coruña, although Barcelona may also be considered.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop collections aligned with the needs of the Inditex Group across menswear and womenswear, including both woven and jersey categories.
• Interpret market trends and translate them into commercially relevant products.
• Actively participate in client relationships, including presentations, collection reviews, and follow-up meetings.
• Identify business opportunities and support the development of new accounts.
• Coordinate with internal teams (pattern making, production, fabric sourcing) and international suppliers.
• Manage product development from concept through to final sample approval.
• Travel regularly to Asia for product development and sourcing activities (China, Bangladesh, Cambodia, etc.).

What We' re Looking For

• Proven experience working with Inditex brands or direct suppliers serving the Inditex Group.
• Previous experience within product development teams for these brands is highly valued.
• Experience developing products in woven and/or jersey categories.
• Strong understanding of the complete product lifecycle, including design, fabric development, fitting, sampling, and production.
• Ability to perform successfully in fast-paced and demanding environments.
• Strong product vision with the ability to balance design, cost, and commercial viability.
• Commercial mindset and confidence in interacting with clients.
• Excellent communication skills, both internally and externally (a key requirement, with demonstrated experience).
• Proactive, solution-oriented, and results-driven attitude.
• Hands-on, adaptable, and entrepreneurial mindset.
• Strong aesthetic judgment aligned with the contemporary fashion market.

Technical Requirements

• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator (essential).
• Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop.
• Experience using Artificial Intelligence tools within the design process is considered a plus.
• Professional level of English, sufficient to work effectively with international suppliers and teams.

Location
