MiniMed is seeking a senior sourcing professional to lead strategic sourcing and category management across software, cloud, cybersecurity, and IT services. You will independently manage end-to-end sourcing projects, run RFIs/RFPs, and negotiate terms to maximize value while aligning with global stakeholders across regions.

The role supports TSA exits, country expansion, and procurement transformation, requiring strong English communication and multi-region coordination.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, category management, or related disciplines.
• Proven experience sourcing technology products and services (software, SaaS, cloud, cybersecurity, IT outsourcing).
• Strong contract negotiation and supplier evaluation experience.
• Ability to lead multiple projects across regions/time zones.

Responsabilidades

• Lead strategic sourcing and category management across software, SaaS, cloud, infrastructure, cybersecurity, AI, and IT services.
• Independently manage sourcing projects from intake to supplier onboarding and contract execution.
• Lead RFIs, RFPs, RFQs, evaluations, market assessments, and competitive sourcing events.
• Negotiate contracts to optimize cost, service, quality, scalability, and risk.
• Collaborate with Legal, Privacy, Cybersecurity, Finance, PMO, Quality, and stakeholders throughout contracting lifecycle.
• Support TSA exits, global expansion, and procurement transformation initiatives.
