Job summary

MiniMed is seeking a Supply Chain Analyst to ensure the right inventory is in the right place at the right time across a global distribution network. You will balance customer service, inventory optimization, and network efficiency while proactively mitigating supply risks and supporting new product introductions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, logistics, business, or related field.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

• Excellent communication skills for interacting with senior stakeholders, vendors, and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end distribution planning for assigned product portfolio and optimize inventory and network performance.
• Identify supply risks and inventory imbalances and develop mitigation plans.
• Drive replenishment execution across the global distribution network.
• Lead readiness for new product introductions, geo expansions, and strategic initiatives with inventory strategies.
• Analyze inventory performance, backorders, excess and aging inventory to suggest improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve supply challenges and achieve objectives.
• Promote continuous improvement by enhancing processes and driving operational excellence.
