Arxada, a global leader in innovative solutions, is seeking a Tax Trainee in Barcelona to support international tax operations. You will gain hands-on experience across corporate taxation, transfer pricing, and intercompany processes while working with tax professionals across jurisdictions.

The role is a part-time internship (20–30 hours/week) for students pursuing a bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance, or related fields.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Law, or a related field.
• Available for a part-time internship (approximately 20-30 hours per week) and able to balance with academic commitments.
• Business fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborative mindset with a proactive approach to learning and taking ownership.

Responsibilities

• Gather and organize tax filing information for all legal entities across the business.
• Assist with data entry and the preparation of tax reports and related analyses.
• Maintain and update tax databases, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
• Support the preparation and maintenance of Transfer Pricing (TP) documentation.
• Create and maintain a listing of existing intercompany (IC) agreements.
• Assist with document collection and compliance-related tax activities.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to obtain and validate tax-related information.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the Tax function.
