Job summary

Verisure is seeking a Group Talent Strategy Intern based in Madrid, Spain, with hybrid work options. You will support the Employee Experience & Talent team across international projects and help coordinate surveys, certifications, and performance initiatives.

You will work with top-tier professionals, report to the Group Talent Strategy Associate, and contribute to strategic and operational activities with ownership and accountability.

Qualifications

• Top potential candidate with a bachelor’s degree (engineering or business admin).
• Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication for slide creation and presenting to senior stakeholders.
• Experience working in international, multicultural environments and with remote teams.

Responsibilities

• Support Employee Experience & Talent projects across international assignments.
• Assist in employee listening, engagement surveys, and data analysis.
• Help with employer certifications, benchmarking, and survey results analysis.
• Prepare materials and communications for HR stakeholders (PowerPoint, reports).
• Coordinate with HR teams across countries to track timelines and deliverables.
• Identify opportunities to simplify and automate HR processes using digital tools.
