Job summary

Verisure is seeking an HR Strategy Analyst to shape global people strategy, lead cross-country initiatives, and drive AI-enabled HR improvements. The role offers exposure to senior leaders, collaboration across a multi-national team, and a focus on analytics, governance, and transformation within a fast-growing company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, economics, or related fields.
• 1–3 years of experience in strategy, analytics, or HR strategy roles.
• Strong Excel capabilities and PowerPoint presentation skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication; global thinking and planning.

Responsibilities

• Shape our global people strategy and ensure cross-country alignment.
• Define cross-country initiatives and measure KPIs with quantitative analyses.
• Coordinate with HR, Communications, and ESG teams on projects.
• Support AI initiatives in HR and build governance for scalable deployment.
• Translate objectives into insights for senior leadership.
