Amcor is seeking a data-driven HR Analytics professional to turn people data into actionable insights and support global talent programs. You will collaborate with regions to inform talent strategies and execute programs from planning through evaluation.

The role focuses on analytics, reporting, and governance, delivering meaningful workforce outcomes and data-driven recommendations to senior leaders.

Formación

• 3-5 years of experience in HR Analytics or People Analytics.
• Strong Excel and Power BI skills with clear visualizations.
• Experience with HR systems such as Workday.
• Fluency in English.

Responsabilidades

• Turn data into meaningful insights to support strategic talent decisions.
• Create dashboards and reports using Excel and Power BI.
• Coordinate and deliver global talent initiatives.
• Collaborate with regional Talent teams and HR Business Partners.
• Translate data into practical recommendations for leaders.
• Champion data quality, governance, and confidentiality of employee information.
