Amcor is seeking a seasoned HR Business Partner for the Supply Chain function to shape people strategies across 64+ plants in 20 countries with varying maturity. You will partner with senior leaders, lead talent and capability development, and harmonize HR practices across a diverse network.

You will drive engagement, transform HR processes, and oversee recruitment, onboarding, policies, and systems (SuccessFactors, Workday, PeopleLink) while reporting to the HR Director EMEA.

Formación

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Proven HR leadership in mature supply chain environments from FMCG corporations.
• Experience in matrix, international organizations with strong HR business partnering, talent, and capability development.
• Hands-on experience with HR systems (SuccessFactors, Workday, PeopleLink) and strong data-driven mindset.
• Fluent in English; additional languages a plus.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills; able to influence stakeholders at all levels, adaptable, approachable, and a strong team player.
