Super is a global technology group reshaping the future of entertainment and fan-centric experiences. We are building The Playstack across Europe and Latin America, seeking a Talent Acquisition Employer Branding Partner to craft authentic employer branding that resonates across markets and functions.

You will develop content, partner with TA, Marketing and People teams, manage campaigns, and optimise our careers content while tracking impact with analytics.

Formación

• Experience in Employer Branding, Recruitment Marketing, Talent Acquisition or Marketing.
• Ability to create engaging content across written, visual and digital formats.
• Experience managing social media channels and content strategies across LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute employer branding strategies across markets.
• Create recruitment marketing campaigns and content (employee stories, videos, blogs, photography, social media).
• Partner with TA, Marketing and Internal Comms to align messaging and campaigns.
• Manage and optimise the careers website and ensure engaging content.
• Measure branding effectiveness using recruitment analytics and talent-attraction metrics.
• Identify trends and propose innovative approaches for talent attraction.
• Run recruitment events, university partnerships and industry conferences.
• Build relationships with stakeholders to showcase teams and projects.
