Super is hiring an AI Learning Partner to drive AI capability development across Europe and Latin America. You will design practical AI learning solutions, build scalable programmes, and lead end-to-end delivery with vendors and stakeholders.

You will shape learning strategies, curate content from diverse sources, and measure impact with analytics while fostering inclusive, hybrid learning environments across the organisation.

Formación

• 8+ years' experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, or Organisational Development.
• Hands-on experience driving AI enablement and AI adoption initiatives.
• Experience designing practical, role-based or workflow-based AI learning solutions.
• Strong background in instructional design, digital learning, and blended learning.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and translate business needs into scalable learning solutions.
• Experience managing enterprise learning programmes, vendors, and multiple projects.
• Fluent English required.
• Spanish language skills are a nice-to-have.

As an AI Learning Partner at Super, you will drive AI capability and adoption across the organisation, combining expertise in Learning & Development, instructional design, stakeholder engagement, and digital learning to create impactful learning experiences that support practical AI adoption and business transformation. You will work closely with business leaders, People Partners, and external providers to build scalable AI learning solutions that enable employees to use AI effectively in their day-to-day work.

What the role involves

AI Learning Strategy & Enablement

• Partner with business leaders to identify AI capability gaps and learning priorities
• Build and deliver scalable AI learning programmes, roadmaps, and enablement initiatives
• Support enterprise-wide AI adoption through practical, workflow-based learning solutions
• Create toolkits, playbooks, and resources that help employees apply AI effectively in their roles

Learning Experience Design

• Design engaging digital and blended learning experiences focused on AI capability development
• Develop role-based learning pathways across workshops, self-paced learning, peer learning, and live sessions
• Curate content from internal experts, external vendors, and digital learning platforms
• Continuously improve learner experience, engagement, and accessibility across learning solutions

Community & Programme Delivery

• Build AI Champion networks, communities of practice, and peer learning initiatives
• Lead end-to-end delivery of AI learning programmes, including planning, coordination, vendor management, and implementation
• Measure learning impact using analytics, learner feedback, and adoption data to continuously improve programmes

What we are looking for

• 8+ years' experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, or Organisational Development
• Strong hands-on experience driving AI enablement, AI capability development, or AI adoption initiatives within organisations
• Experience designing practical, role-based, or workflow-based AI learning solutions
• Strong background in instructional design, digital learning, and blended learning experiences
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and translate business needs into scalable learning solutions
• Experience managing enterprise learning programmes, vendors, and multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong understanding of AI adoption challenges, workforce capability development, and behaviour change
• Experience using learning analytics and reporting to measure impact and improve outcomes
• Fluent English required

Nice to have

• Experience supporting enterprise AI transformation or future-of-work initiatives
• Familiarity with platforms such as LinkedIn Learning, Workday Learning, SAP SuccessFactors, Notion, Miro, or similar tools
• Experience working in remote-first or hybrid organisations
• Spanish language skills
