Talent Acquisition Partner/Business Partner (remote) (Tri-lingual language skills English, Spanish, and French)

As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will be responsible for the full life cycle recruitment of business-critical roles. You will collaborate with and advise hiring managers to identify and acquire top talent for LHH in the USA and Europe. Our team growth reflects our success in the region.
The Talent Acquisition Team is a Global function within LHH. We often work on roles outside of our assigned region to support broader business needs.

- Reports directly to the SVP, Global Talent Acquisition

Spain or France is preferred. We are open to considering other European locations where LHH has a presence.
Major Responsibilities:
- Manage 15-30 exempt level roles across various functions and Business Units independently.
- Develop and implement recruiting strategies, including target lists, job description reviews, candidate assessments, sourcing methodologies, research, proactive cold calling, candidate development, interviewer coaching, feedback collection, offer creation and negotiation, and reference checks.
- Build and maintain strong internal and external relationships to develop a candidate pipeline for current and future openings.
- Serve as a talent acquisition advisor to hiring managers.
- Communicate proactively and consistently with hiring managers, HR partners, external contacts, candidates, and prospects to ensure a positive experience.
- Prioritize tasks and set clear expectations with stakeholders.
- Utilize passive and direct sourcing techniques, exploring new methods to attract candidates and build talent pipelines.
- Represent LHH effectively to external candidates by articulating our business, culture, and values.
- Collaborate with peers to share market intelligence and best practices.
- Ensure compliance with all Talent Acquisition policies and procedures.
- Participate in special projects beyond regional scope as needed.
Required Experience/Characteristics:
- Over five years of experience recruiting mid to senior-level professionals; agency recruiting experience is a plus.
- HR Business Partner experience is advantageous.
- Experience recruiting across Europe and the USA.
- Tri-lingual skills in French, Spanish, and English.
- Strong consultative and influencing skills.
- A sense of urgency and continuous improvement mindset.
- Openness to new approaches and roles outside the assigned region.
- Expertise in social networking platforms.
- Excellent organizational and prioritization skills to meet deadlines.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems in high-volume recruitment environments.
- Proven success in hiring mid to senior-level talent.
- Ability to advise hiring managers on recruitment strategies and market insights.
- Strong decision-making, influencing, and execution skills.
- Proactive problem-solving and relationship management abilities.
- Strong project management, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
- Experience recruiting business development and sales professionals is a plus.
- Undergraduate degree preferred.
