EDGE is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to lead recruitment across its international offices and joint ventures. You will act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, shaping sourcing strategies, executive hiring, and governance while coordinating across geographies and hubs.

The role requires strong global recruitment expertise, stakeholder management, and a track record of delivering high-quality talent pipelines for complex, regulated industries.

Formación

• 8–12 years of progressive Talent Acquisition experience.
• 3–5 years leading recruitment teams in a complex multinational org.
• Experience recruiting across multiple international markets.
• Defence, aerospace, technology, manufacturing or regulated industries preferred.
• Experience partnering with executive stakeholders and business leaders.

Responsabilidades

• Lead recruitment delivery across International Offices and Joint Ventures.
• Develop hiring plans aligned to growth objectives with business leaders.
• Oversee full-cycle recruitment from requisition to onboarding.
• Ensure governance, audits, and SLA compliance across recruitment.
• Drive talent pipelines and market intelligence to support decisions.
• Coach and develop recruiters and recruitment partners.
