Job summary

Galderma seeks a Senior Global Talent Acquisition Lead for Manufacturing and Industrial Operations to design and manage recruitment strategies worldwide. You will collaborate with senior leaders, plant managers, HR, and cross-functional teams to secure top talent across diverse regions and sites.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in talent acquisition.
• At least 5 years in a leadership role supporting manufacturing or industrial operations globally.
• Experience managing large-scale recruitment initiatives including start-ups and high-volume hiring.
• Strong knowledge of global employment laws and compliance across regions.
• Experience managing temporary labour / contingent workforce programs is an asset.
• Proven experience implementing digital recruitment tools and data analytics.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead diverse teams across multiple geographies (Canada, France, Sweden, Brazil).
• English mandatory; French or Swedish language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop, execute, and continuously improve a global talent acquisition strategy for manufacturing and industrial operations.
• Partner with executives, plant managers, and HR to identify workforce needs and plan talent pipelines.
• Oversee end-to-end recruitment across international locations with local compliance.
• Champion employer value proposition across regions and platforms.
• Drive diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives in hiring.
• Implement recruitment technologies and data-driven methods to improve efficiency.
• Lead and develop a geographically dispersed TA team.
• Define KPIs, report to senior management with actionable insights.
• Ensure compliance with global/local employment laws and mitigate risks.
• Manage contingent workforce programs (MSP) for industrial operations.
