Galderma in Barcelona or London seeks a Global Head of Operations Excellence to drive a global lean transformation across manufacturing, supply and quality. You will design and implement end-to-end programs to improve efficiency, quality and cost while aligning with the true north strategy.

Reporting to the Global Head of Operations, you will lead cross-functional teams, mentor leaders, and promote a culture of continuous improvement using Lean, Six Sigma, and standard work practices.

Formación

• Extensive experience leading end-to-end lean transformations in large manufacturing or pharma settings.
• Track record achieving high OEE and cost improvements.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication with executives.

Responsabilidades

• Design and implement end-to-end Operations Excellence strategy globally.
• Drive lean initiatives to achieve 85%+ OEE across sites.
• Lead cross-functional teams and mentor leaders in continuous improvement.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain, Quality and Sourcing for optimization.
