T-Systems Iberia seeks an SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Senior to join an international project with a German client. You will work in a Spanish‑German team and collaborate with stakeholders across countries to configure and support Employee Central.

The role requires hands‑on experience, problem solving, documentation, workshops, and close engagement with HR processes and integrations (CPI, Boomi, API).

Formación

• Solid experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and configuration practices.
• Hands-on knowledge of business rules, workflows, permissions, foundation objects, and MDF attributes.
• Experience in HR processes and employee lifecycle topics; able to translate requirements into functional solutions.

Responsabilidades

• Configure, support, and improve SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central topics.
• Analyze requirements and translate into functional solutions.
• Handle incidents, changes, enhancements, and day-to-day client requests.
• Join workshops with HR teams and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with integration, payroll, time, and reporting teams on connected topics.
• Prepare documentation and support testing for projects or AMS environments.
