Job summary

Ge Vernova, Inc. seeks a Sustainability Operations Excellence Manager to drive global Lean deployment across Sustainability & EHS within the Electrification Segment, delivering step-change performance toward the 2030 ambition.

You will lead Kaizen and Lean programs, oversee M&A due diligence, governance design, and cross-country rollout of the operating model, with up to 30% international travel and a strong emphasis on data-driven governance.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management or related field.
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt+ certification or equivalent is a differentiator; MBA or postgraduate qualification is a plus.
• Significant proven progressive experience in operational excellence or enterprise integration roles with international exposure.

Responsibilities

• Lead Kaizen across Sustainability & EHS globally to drive continuous improvement.
• Implement Lean processes and governance frameworks, standardising workflows and reducing cycle times.
• Lead M&A due diligence and post-merger integration for Sustainability & EHS.
• Co-design and oversee serious injury prevention programs and injury & illness rate reduction plans.
• Own and govern H&S reporting, metrics, and dashboards for leadership decision-making.
• Interface with global teams to align policies, standards, and reporting requirements.
• Establish and govern the global operating model for Sustainability & EHS across Electrification.
