• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• 10+ years of professional experience in industrial/high-tech engineering.
• Demonstrated expertise in Operations and Program Management.

Responsabilidades

• Provide Operational Clarity by leading performance metrics (Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost).
• Oversee Engineering Lifecycle Management and design-change integration.
• Develop training, digital tools, and frameworks to improve team velocity.
• Manage budgets to support cross-functional execution.
• Collaborate with Projects, Services and Manufacturing to ensure manufacturability and site alignment.
