Job summary

GE Vernova seeks a senior program manager to lead the global Sourcing organization’s operating rhythms, ensuring alignment on priorities and budgets. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage supplier communications, and drive the Wind Supplier Conference with strong governance and logistical oversight.

Qualified candidates have 6+ years in sourcing/manufacturing/projects or finance, a Master’s degree, and proven leadership with travel readiness for international engagements.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or high school diploma.
• 6+ years in Sourcing, Manufacturing, Projects or Finance.
• Strong oral and written communication.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership abilities.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Structured approach to solving complex tasks.
• Permanent work permit for location.
• Travel ~5 trips/year (US 2 weeks, three 1-week trips).
• Hybrid office participation required.

Responsibilities

• Lead internal operating mechanisms: weekly Sourcing committee and leadership meetings.
• Coordinate biweekly supplier claims reviews and quarterly KPI/budget alignment.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration and compliant processes.
• Prepare external communications for quarterly supplier meetings and the Wind Supplier Conference.
• Manage logistics, budgets, and execution to strengthen supplier partnerships.
• Support teams in navigating operational challenges and ensure consistent ways of working.
