Swiss Re Corporate Solutions is seeking an International Surety Specialist to manage task assignments, triage emails, and allocate payments within a hybrid work model in Madrid. You will coordinate with brokers and clients to ensure timely, accurate processing across global accounts.

The role requires experience in finance transaction administration, strong English and German, and excellent communication. A performance-based bonus is available along with base salary in the 27k–45k EUR range.

Formación

• Solid background in transaction administration and client servicing within the financial sector.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities with precision.
• Detail-oriented and analytical with ability to assess requests quickly.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for direct client/broker engagement.
• Proactive, independent worker who also collaborates effectively in a team.
• First experience in Trade Finance or banking environment.
• Proficiency in English and German (reading, writing and speaking).
• Good computer skills, especially Excel.

Responsabilidades

• Interact with internal stakeholders across regions to deliver seamless service to global clients.
• Analyze emails and documents, classify tasks, and assign to the appropriate team.
• Process and allocate client payments, support reconciliation and premium booking.
• Assist clients with account statements and payment inquiries with clear guidance.
• Collaborate with the International Surety Desk to ensure timely task assignments.
