A leading company in the global supply chain sector seeks a Supply Planning Manager to oversee production forecasting and inventory management. The ideal candidate will have over 8 years of experience in supply chain management, a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, and strong communication skills. This is a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic environment that combines the agility of a startup with the resources of a large corporation.
As a Supply Planning Manager at Ring, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our global supply chain. You'll focus on production forecast planning based on sales demand, material allocation management across multiple programs. The planning activities will be base on demand priority, driving contract manufacturer (CM) to commit Available to Ship (ATS) plan, and customer expectations while optimizing inventory levels and minimizing costs. This is a unique opportunity to combine the agility and excitement of a startup with the resources and scale of Amazon.

The Global Supply Planning Manager will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Material Management (MM), Factory Ops Program Management (FOPM), Global Planning, and Logistic teams, to gather inputs, drive consensus, and execute supply plans effectively.
