Job summary

Grifols is seeking an experienced Supply Planning professional to run IBP processes, manage SAP planning parameters, and deliver accurate supply plans. You will collaborate across Industrial, Demand Planning and Commercial teams to optimize inventory and ensure product availability.

The role requires a 3+ year background in supply planning, strong Excel skills, and proficiency in SAP SD/MM/PP, with bilingual Spanish/English communication. Hybrid work model offered with permanent employment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years in Demand Planning, Inventory Planning or Supply Planning.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Experience with SAP SD/MM/PP is highly valued.
• Fluent in Spanish and English; able to communicate with global teams.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to drive improvements.

Responsibilities

• Run the monthly IBP supply review process and manage planning parameters in SAP.
• Execute MRP at Affiliates SAP plants and SDD MRP Areas.
• Prepare and share supply requirements with Industrial teams.
• Escalate supply constrained situations for demand allocation priorities.
• Ensure timely supply planning activities with quality and full visibility.
• Optimize inventory levels and product availability for affiliates and distributors.
• Monitor KPIs and drive root-cause analysis and improvement plans.
• Collaborate with finance, IT, and other functions to support integrated planning.
• Support supply for new product launches and lifecycle adjustments.

What your responsibilities will be

• Run the monthly Integrated Business Planning (IBP) Supply Review process
• Maintain/update planning parameters in SAP (ie. Safety stocks, MOQ.) by ensuring its alignment within regions, service level and production capacity.
• Run MRP process at Affiliates SAP plants and Supply&Demand (SDD) MRP Areas
• Prepare and share the supply requirements plan with Industrial
• Highlight and escalation supply constrained situations to Demand Planning/Commercial for demand allocation prioritisation and review
• Ensure that supply planning activities happen on time with the right quality.
• Deliver full visibility to the business on the supply plans and the financial reconciliation associated to them.
• Optimize inventory levels and ensure product availability on the market for Affiliates and Distributors
• Monitor and run action plan improvements for critical supply planning KPIs (OTIF, MOH, Scrap & Supply requirements variability)
• Monitor root cause analysis and run action plan implementation for any metrics deviation
• Provide the information to facilitate strategic decisions on issue resolution & gap closing
• Develop and stablish high level of collaboration between departments.
• Collaborate with other departments on data flows to support integrated business planning
• Participate and ensure the supply of new product launches
• Manage product lifecycle situations and adjust supply planning processes and tools properly
• Implement process improvements by partnering with other Grifols functions like finance, industrial, IT and the rest of Supply Chain

Who you are

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, Logistics, Life Sciences, or another related discipline. Other academic backgrounds will also be considered based on relevant professional experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Demand Planning, Inventory Planning, Supply Planning, or other relevant supply chain functions.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and other Microsoft Office applications (PowerPoint, Word, Access).
• Experience with SAP SD/MM/PP is highly valued.
• Proactive, self-motivated professional with a continuous improvement mindset.
• Demonstrated ability to perform effectively under pressure, navigate ambiguity, and make timely, sound decisions.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and deliver effective solutions to business challenges.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong team collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
• Pharmaceutical industry experience is desirable.
• Professional proficiency in both Spanish and English.
