• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Operations, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in sourcing.

Responsabilités

• Strategic Sourcing & Category Management.
• Support global sourcing initiatives across enterprise operations, facilities, MRO, business services, consulting, outsourcing, managed services, logistics, and operational support categories.
• Independently manage sourcing projects from intake through supplier selection, contract execution, implementation, and supplier onboarding.
• Lead RFIs, RFPs, RFQs, supplier evaluations, market assessments, and competitive sourcing events.
• Conduct commercial negotiations and support supplier selection decisions that optimize cost, service, quality, and risk outcomes.
• Partner closely with Category Managers to execute sourcing strategies and procurement objectives.
• Serve as the primary sourcing point of contact for assigned stakeholders and business functions.
• Identify opportunities to consolidate suppliers, standardize services, improve operational efficiency, and drive value creation.
