Job summary

MiniMed is seeking a senior sourcing professional to lead global software, cloud, and IT services sourcing initiatives across regions. You will manage supplier relationships, run RFIs/RFPs, and negotiate favorable terms to optimize cost, risk, and performance.

You’ll collaborate with Technology Category Managers, Legal, Privacy, and Finance to drive digital transformation and contracting excellence in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field; minimum 5 years in strategic sourcing.
• Experience negotiating software, SaaS, cloud, and IT services.
• Strong commercial acumen, stakeholder management, and project leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead RFIs, RFPs, supplier evaluations and market assessments.
• Negotiate terms and manage software licenses, cloud and outsourcing agreements.
• Collaborate with Legal, Privacy, Cybersecurity and Finance across regions.
