Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Operations, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in strategic sourcing, procurement, category management, supplier management, or contract management.
• Proven experience sourcing facilities services, MRO, DC ops, logistics, consulting, or related categories.
• Demonstrated success in leading sourcing initiatives and supplier negotiations.
• Strong commercial acumen to evaluate supplier proposals and terms.
• Experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent analytical, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently across regions and time zones.

Aufgaben

• Lead strategic sourcing and category management across facilities, MRO, and services.
• Manage sourcing projects from intake to supplier onboarding and contract execution.
• Lead RFIs, RFPs, RFQs, supplier evaluations, and market assessments.
• Negotiate terms to optimize cost, service, quality and risk.
• Collaborate with Category Managers to execute sourcing strategies.
• Serve as primary sourcing contact for stakeholders across regions.
