• Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities across Africa, LATAM, Asia and beyond.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with key partners, understanding their business needs, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with clients to optimise the use of the platform and support onboarding/integration processes.
• Prepare regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and market developments.
• Relay product feedback from clients to internal product teams to influence development cycles.
