Job summary

Bacardi seeks a senior SOX governance leader to drive planning, execution, and reporting of the global SOX program. You will partner with Finance, IT, and the business to optimize control design, testing, and automation while guiding a high-performing team through change.

You will articulate risk, provide actionable insights, and lead through complexity to strengthen assurance quality across regions. This role offers strategic impact and growth in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Seasoned SOX and controls leader with strong knowledge of business process and IT controls.
• Ability to translate complex information into concise, actionable messages.
• Builds trusted relationships across Finance, IT, business, and external audit.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end SOX program governance, planning, and delivery within defined timelines.
• Drive controls governance as scope changes and controls are added/retired.
• Assess deficiencies, remediation plans, and reporting conclusions with sound judgment.
• Establish program metrics, milestones, and issue status for accountability.
• Manage external auditor relationships and alignment on key judgments.
