Otis Worldwide Corporation is seeking an experienced Sr Mgr, Regional Controller IBAME to drive financial integrity and governance across the Operating Unit in Madrid. You will lead SOX compliance, audit readiness, and risk management while partnering with Finance and business leaders to strengthen controls and support objectives.

The role requires 8–10 years of accounting/finance experience, strong US GAAP knowledge, and excellent English.

Qualificações

• MBA or Master of Accounting preferred.
• 8–10 years of accounting/finance experience.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and financial reporting.
• Excellent delegation, organization and collaboration skills.
• Proficient English; French/Arabic desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Own and strengthen SOX framework across the Operating Area, including risk assessment and issue remediation.
• Lead internal audit activities and ensure audit readiness with local teams and stakeholders.
• Oversee balance sheet reviews, account reconciliations, and significant accounting judgments.
• Support governance processes, SGD/UAR reviews, and intercompany dispute resolution.
• Partner with Finance and business leaders, providing control leadership and policy development.
