HBX Group is seeking a Sourcing Knowledge & Training Partner to design, deliver, and continuously improve training for global sourcing teams. You will create high-quality learning content, support adoption of new tools and processes, and champion modern, digital learning solutions.

The role requires expertise in instructional design, facilitation, and collaboration with SMEs and global teams. Experience with LMS and AI-enabled workflows is valued.

Formación

• Experience designing and delivering training within sourcing, procurement, or commercial operations.
• Strong instructional design capability with the ability to simplify complex information.
• Excellent facilitation skills for both virtual and in-person learning environments.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with SMEs, stakeholders, and global teams.
• Comfort with digital learning tools and e-learning authoring platforms.
• Exposure to automation or AI-enabled workflows in sourcing or procurement.
• Experience working with global teams across multiple time zones.
• Knowledge of learning management systems (LMS) and learning technology trends.

Responsabilidades

• Design and create training materials focused on sourcing processes and tools.
• Ensure materials support consistent understanding and performance globally.
• Translate complex processes into simple formats for diverse learners.
• Deliver virtual and in-person training sessions to the global sourcing community.
• Drive adoption of new processes, tools, and behaviors through engaging methods.
• Monitor learner feedback to refine delivery.
• Assess capability gaps and training needs across teams.
• Lead automation and AI-driven solutions to modernize sourcing activities.
• Align training initiatives with broader sourcing and organizational strategy.
• Collaborate with SMEs to translate tools into high-quality content.
• Maintain consistency and brand alignment across training assets.
• Lead periodic reviews to keep materials current.
